Victory for Trees: Do Not Junk Registry Resolution Passed in San Francisco


The Paper Planet at reported that San Francisco's Board of Supervisors passed a Do Not Junk Registry resolution. New Dream has been wishin' and a-hopin' for something like this for years. If you're really fired up about stopping junkmail, which I know many of us are, you can go to Forest Ethics online petition for a national Do Not Junk registry (a lot like the Do Not Call Registry for those pesky uninvited dinner guests who want to conference in).
